SHIPPING POLICY

These Shipping Policy (the "Policy") outline the rules and procedures for delivering Products purchased on our Website.

1. DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES

  1. Delivery Information: The Seller offers standard delivery for all orders. Estimated transit times vary depending on the destination:

  • European Union (EU) countries: Typically 1–2 business days from dispatch.

  • Non-EU countries: Delivery to major international destinations usually takes 2–4 business days.

  1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. The Buyer will be informed by email about the order status. 

  2. For pre-orders, processing will begin only after the remaining balance has been fully paid. Pre-orders are expected to ship in January 2026. The Seller reserves the right to adjust the estimated shipping timeline if necessary to maintain the highest quality standards.

  3. Couriers: DHL or FedEx.

  4. Business Days: Processing and delivery are conducted Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  5. Delivery Deadline and Delays: Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the Seller shall deliver the Product to the Consumer no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the Contract. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, or customs and courier service disruptions.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

  1. The Seller ships orders under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, delivery at buyer’s expense — seller covers all customs duties and taxes.

  2. The Seller is responsible for arranging and paying export and import formalities, customs duties, import taxes and other charges necessary to deliver the Product to the agreed destination.

  3. The Buyer must provide all documents and information required for import clearance prior to shipment. If required documents are not provided, delivery may be delayed or suspended. Any additional costs or delays caused by the Buyer’s failure to provide such information shall be borne by the Buyer.

  4. The Seller shall not be liable for: (i) the duration of customs clearance or for delays caused by customs authorities; (ii) any loss, penalty or liability arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the Buyer; or (iii) consequences of force majeure, change in law or changes in carrier/customs practice beyond Seller’s reasonable control.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABILITY AND RESTRICTIONS

  1. Available Countries: We offer worldwide shipping, delivering to most countries across the globe. Our logistics network ensures secure and timely delivery, reaching both major cities and remote locations. While we strive to ship internationally, some regional restrictions may apply due to local regulations or courier limitations. If you have any concerns about delivery to your specific location, please contact our support team for assistance.

  2. Shipping Restrictions: Certain regions may have import restrictions on battery-powered devices. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions, the Buyer will be notified, and payment will be refunded.

4. TRACKING AND COMMUNICATION

  1. Tracking Information: Buyers will receive a tracking number via email once their order is shipped.

Issues with Tracking: If a tracking number is not received within 48 hours after the shipment confirmation, Buyers should contact customer support at support@nocca-ehms.com.

5. RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPMENTS

  1. Lost Shipments: The Seller will work with the courier service to investigate lost shipments. Refunds or replacements will be issued upon confirmation of loss.

  2. Damaged Shipments: Buyers must notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage.

  3. Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment is returned to the Seller because it was unclaimed, rejected by the Buyer, or withheld by customs due to Buyer’s failure to provide required documentation, the Buyer shall bear all costs related to the return, storage, customs handling, duties, taxes and re-shipment. The Seller may require payment of such costs before arranging re-delivery. If the Buyer does not arrange or pay for re-shipment within 10 calendar days, the Seller may set off any such outstanding costs against the Purchase Price and, after deduction of those costs, return any surplus to the Buyer.
