RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets the conditions under which a product can be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

1. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Return Period:

● The Buyer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery without providing a reason.
● In the case of a defective or damaged product, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 48 hours of receiving the package.
● Pre-orders can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After that, the payment becomes non-refundable due to production allocation.

1.2 Product Condition:

● The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
● The product must not show any signs of use, such as scratches, discoloration, or other visible damage.
1.3 Proof of Purchase:

● The Buyer must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
1.4 Exclusions from Returns:

● Customized products tailored to the customer’s specifications are not eligible for return.
● Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or failure to follow usage instructions disqualifies the product from return.
● Products with removed safety seals or damaged packaging are not eligible for refund

2. REFUND PROCESS

2.1 Return Notification:

● The Buyer must contact customer support via email at support@nocca-ehms.com or through the contact form on the website.
● The notification must include: order number, reason for return, photos of the product (if damaged), and the preferred resolution method (refund or exchange).
2.2 Return Approval:

● The Seller will review the request and provide the Buyer with instructions for returning the product.
● The product must be sent to the address provided in the instructions.
2.3 Refund Timeframe:

● Upon receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
● The Buyer will be notified by email once the refund is approved.
2.4 Refund Method:

● Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction

3. PRODUCT EXCHANGE

3.1 Exchange Conditions: Exchanges are only possible if the Buyer received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. The Buyer must return the product in its original condition and packaging.
3.2 Exchange Procedure: The Buyer must contact customer support and provide a reason for the exchange request. After receiving and inspecting the product, a replacement product will be sent free of charge.

4. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

4.1 Returns for Defective or Damaged Products: Return shipping costs for defective or damaged products will be covered by the Seller.
4.2 Returns Without Reason (within 14 days): For voluntary returns within 14 days, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
4.3 Shipping for Exchanges: In the case of a valid exchange (defective or damaged product), the shipping costs for the replacement product will be covered by the Seller.

5. WARRANTY TERMS

  • The Product is covered by a 12-month limited warranty, commencing from the date of purchase. For pre-orders, the warranty will commence upon shipment, currently estimated for October 2025.

  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • It does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Claims must include proof of purchase and photographic documentation.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1 Damage During Return Shipping:

● The Seller is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping from the Buyer to the Seller.
● The Buyer is responsible for proper packaging of the product.
6.2 Loss of Return Shipment:

● The Seller is not responsible for lost return shipments during transit.
● It is recommended to use a tracked or insured shipping method.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1 These rules are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
8.2 Any disputes will be resolved through out-of-court settlement. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court.
8.3 The Seller reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
